History of FINACTU
FINACTU was founded in France in 1999 on the initiative of Denis CHEMILLIER-GENDREAU, former banker who later became Technical Advisor to the Minister of Social Affairs in France. During its first years of existence, from the historical structure based in France, ACTUARIA, FINACTU gradually established its leadership in Africa in the field of consulting to Governments, private companies and financial and social institutions.
From 2012, the Group has undergone a radical transformation and a new stage of its development with the arrival of Mrs. Géraldine MERMOUX as Associate Director General. Her recognized expertise as a Director of the investment fund EMERGING CAPITAL PARTNERS (leader of Private Equity on the continent) and Director of the UPLINE business bank in Morocco, has allowed FINACTU to accelerate its growth and expand its sphere of operation.
