Lossani ZINA

Lossani ZINA is a Partner within FINACTU Group, where he assists key players in the African financial sector – banking and insurance groups, regulators, governments, professional unions, and international lenders – in defining and implementing their growth and transformation strategies.

His expertise covers a broad spectrum of strategic and financial issues, including optimal management of public debt, mergers & acquisitions, management of group holdings, fund-raising (debt and equity), on-lending financing, guarantees, as well as banking and insurance regulations. He is also involved in feasibility studies and the structuring of investment vehicles.

With over a decade of experience in strategy & corporate finance consulting, and auditing, Lossani joined FINACTU end of 2018 after starting his career at Naos Consulting in Casablanca.

With a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Groupe ISCAE (Casablanca), Lossani is from Burkina Faso and resides in Casablanca, Morocco.

Denis CHEMILLIER-GENDREAU is a former Managing Director at PARIBAS, the Paris based investment bank, where he headed a subsidiary. For more than 25 years, he has been devoting his professional career to Africa. In 2000, he founded the FINACTU Group, relying on his extensive knowledge of international and European institutions, the policy challenges facing African governments, and the fields of finance, insurance, and social protection.

Managing Director and Partner of FINACTU since 2012, Géraldine MERMOUX leads the Group’s activities by bringing her strong financial expertise and her intimate knowledge of the African continent.

Luc MORIO is a Partner at FINACTU since 2022. He is an expert in the African financial sector, advising financial institutions, companies and governments on corporate finance, strategic and operational advisory assignments.
