Carelle DJIOMOU is a Manager in Strategy and Corporate Finance at FINACTU Group, where she supports public and private sector organizations in structuring and implementing their growth and transformation projects. Her expertise spans a broad range of strategic and financial topics, including fundraising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), investment project structuring, as well as organizational and digital transformation initiatives.
Carelle began her career at BearingPoint, joining the firm’s Casablanca office. There, she developed strong expertise in corporate strategy and business transformation by supporting public and private sector organizations (including financial institutions, telecommunications operators, and international organizations) in the delivery of high-impact strategic, digital, and operational projects across Francophone Africa.
She progressively advanced to the role of Manager, leading complex engagements involving the structuring of new business models, the design of multi-year strategic plans, and the execution of regional business development initiatives. Through these experiences, she gained deep insight into African market dynamics, financing challenges, and value creation strategies within emerging economies.
Over the course of these assignments, Carelle developed a strong interest in structured finance and corporate transactions. She now leverages this dual strategic and financial expertise to support FINACTU’s clients on M&A and fundraising assignments across Africa.
Carelle graduated from ISCAE Casablanca with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, following an academic exchange program at NEOMA Business School in Rouen, France. She further strengthened her leadership and executive education through the Female Leadership Program at ESCP Business School in Berlin and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Carelle is Cameroonian and currently resides in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

Leyla has been a Senior Manager at FINACTU since 2025, bringing nearly ten years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting within the financial services industry. She previously worked at Advancy, Exton Consulting, and Accenture Strategy, where she supported banks, insurance companies, and investment funds on growth, performance, and transformation initiatives.
