Leila EL AMRANI
Director of Human Resources and Training
Leila EL AMRANI is the Director of Human Resources and Training at the FINACTU Group. She is responsible for implementing the Group’s HR policies and managing its training programs through the organization of FINACTU’s training seminars.
Leila has over 15 years of professional experience, including 7 years in human resources, and she has accumulated more than 300 hours of coaching.
In 2017, she joined a consultancy firm specializing in employer branding and change management, where she has participated in more than fifty Human Capital development projects for blue-chip companies. Her work has included designing strategic seminars, team coaching, team building, addressing cultural transformation challenges, and implementing skills assessments for senior managers.
Leila has also assisted several companies in recruiting high-potential executives and senior managers.
She is a graduate of INSEEC Grande École and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Leila is Moroccan and resides in Casablanca.

Senior Manager
Leyla has been a Senior Manager at FINACTU since 2025, bringing nearly ten years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting within the financial services industry. She previously worked at Advancy, Exton Consulting, and Accenture Strategy, where she supported banks, insurance companies, and investment funds on growth, performance, and transformation initiatives.
